My Story

Hi, I’m Mila.

I love places that make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Maybe that’s exactly why I enjoy welcoming guests to Bansko so much.

For me, this has never been simply ‘renting out an apartment’. I see every booking as people choosing to spend part of their time here — to rest, be with their family, ski, walk in the mountains or simply escape everyday life for a few days.

When you arrive, I don’t want you to feel like just another guest, but like someone I’ve genuinely been looking forward to welcoming.

That’s why I pay attention to the little things. I reply promptly, recommend a place I would choose myself for dinner, help whenever you have a question and make sure everything is just as I would want it to be if I were arriving for a holiday myself.

The little messages after a stay are what make me happiest: ‘Thank you, Mila’ or ‘We’ll be back.’

That’s when I know I’ve created not just a place to sleep, but a lovely experience that stays with you.
